Sinovolt delivers complete workshops combining assembly, hydraulic and gas pressure testing, calibration, and refurbishment. International-standard traceability (API, ANSI, ISO) is built in from day one.

Typical Delivery Scope

Every component of the facility, delivered under one contract.

Civil design inputs, process equipment, electrical, piping, automation, auxiliary systems, commissioning, training, and post-handover support — all included.

  • Workshop layout: assembly bays, test bays, calibration cells, paint/coating line, packaging, warehouse
  • Valve assembly stations with torque-controlled tooling
  • Hydraulic pressure test benches (up to API 6D / API 598 / ISO 5208 pressure ratings)
  • Gas test benches, cryogenic test rig (optional)
  • Flow calibration loops for flowmeters
  • Pressure and temperature calibration benches for instruments (traceable standards)
  • Valve repair and refurbishment tooling: lapping machines, grinding, machining, NDT (PT, MT, UT as scope requires)
  • Paint and coating line with curing
