Solution

Analytical Laboratories

Fully equipped commercial and in-house analytical laboratories for mining, environmental, food safety, and research applications — including site engineering, not just instruments.

Overview

What this solution is, and who it's for.

Instruments fail in the field not because the instrument is bad but because the lab around it is wrong — unstable power, poor earthing, gas supply interruptions, humidity, dust. Sinovolt delivers the lab, not just the boxes on the benches.

Our scope covers site engineering (civil, power conditioning, HVAC, gas supply, earthing), the full instrument package, consumables and calibration standards, method development, and multi-week operator training. Optional extensions support ISO 17025 accreditation preparation.

Typical Delivery Scope

Every component of the facility, delivered under one contract.

Civil design inputs, process equipment, electrical, piping, automation, auxiliary systems, commissioning, training, and post-handover support — all included.

  • Lab layout and civil requirements document — main lab, utility room, sample preparation, storage, offices
  • Core instruments: ICP-MS, ICP-OES, AAS, XRF (benchtop and handheld), fire assay furnace set, carbon-sulphur analyser, microwave digestion, LECO, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, flame photometer
  • Sample preparation: jaw crusher, pulveriser, divider, sieve shaker
  • Ultra-pure water system (Type I/II/III as required)
  • Precision balances, drying ovens, muffle furnaces, fume hoods
  • Site engineering: dedicated power circuit, 10–15 kVA online UPS, earthing system <4 Ω, temperature/humidity control, external-wall exhaust, high-purity gas supply (Ar, He, H₂, O₂), anti-vibration benches
  • Software, calibration standards, consumables starter pack
  • On-site installation, method development, operator training (typically 2–4 weeks)
  • Optional: ISO 17025 accreditation preparation support

Delivery Methodology

The six-step path from scope to handover.

Every Sinovolt project runs on the same disciplined sequence. Below is how it maps onto this solution.

STEP 01

Scope

Outcome-first conversation. Throughput targets, site realities, permitting, budget — resolved before any specification lands.

STEP 02

Design

Preliminary engineering package: flowsheet, layout, utilities, civil inputs, single-line diagram, total equipment list.

STEP 03

Source

Tiered China-supply-chain sourcing with QC and factory acceptance testing before shipment.

STEP 04

Build

Consolidated shipment, civil coordination, mechanical erection, electrical, piping, instrumentation.

STEP 05

Commission

Cold and hot commissioning, performance test against guaranteed parameters, trained operator handover.

STEP 06

Support

Warranty, spares, remote diagnostics, technician dispatch, upgrade paths — long-term partnership.

Emerging-Market Considerations

What breaks this solution elsewhere, and how we engineer around it.

Instrument selection matched to local gas supply realities

UPS and power conditioning mandatory for grid-unstable regions

Harmattan dust and high-humidity mitigation in the site engineering package

Remote diagnostics and video-assisted troubleshooting for aftercare
