Integrated blast-furnace plants have stalled across much of the emerging world because coking coal, coke ovens, and the capex behind them simply do not fit the economics. The EAF route does.
Sinovolt delivers complete scrap-to-billet-to-product mini-mills — scrap yard, EAF, ladle refining, continuous casting, and rolling — sized to match market demand, with a clear upgrade path to DRI when local gas supply makes it feasible.
